Jeff Hardy's Drug Charges Are Still Pending

The Pilot newspaper out of Moore County, North Carolina is reporting that Jeff Hardy still faces all his previous drug charges despite Internet rumors. District Attorney Maureen Krueger told the newspaper, "His charges are still pending. In fact, a new one was added." The newspaper goes on to say that Hardy was in court on June 3rd for the morning administrative sessions but a full calendar didn't allow the case to be heard. Therefore it was continued. The new charge is for conspiracy to traffic opium, a 'serious felony.'
