WWE ran their first show ever in China over the weekend and from what I understand, it was poorly organized. The show featured WWE Raw talent plus WWE star Rey Mysterio and was ran at the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai. WWE had advertised that WWE tickets would be distributed for free at the Expo Cultural Center on August 22nd at 9:30 AM but they were given out earlier than advertised.
This angered many fans who ended up pushing through a police barricade because they were unable to obtain tickets. Many ended up buying tickets from scalpers which caused the show to have poorer than expected attendance, because tickets were obtained by people trying to make money rather than actual WWE fans.
